Addenda
The buyer must carry out the necessary verifications related to their intended project with the appropriate authorities.
In December 2024, Saint-Jérôme adopted its draft by-law on the Urban Planning and Sustainable Mobility Plan (UPSM), thereby unveiling its new vision for land use planning and development through 2040. Then, in February 2025, the City took another step in the legal process of adopting urban planning regulations, as members of the municipal council approved 16 new draft by-laws along with an enhanced version of the UPSM regulation.
In accordance with the Act respecting land use planning and development (LAU), following the notice of motion, tabling, and adoption of these draft by-laws, the City will hold a public consultation meeting on March 4, 2025. A call for written submissions has also been launched.
