Born in the south of France, Nicolas Hovsepyan spent a significant part of his youth between Senegal and Cameroon. He later settled in Montreal, where he completed his studies and embarked on a career in water purification. In 2007, he embarked on a new adventure and founded several small businesses on six different islands in the Caribbean. Over the years, he developed a passion for real estate.
