Gil Kastner is a veteran real estate professional with an experience unlike many in his field. Has led real estate teams around the world, managing sales of over a billion USD while working in NYSE listed and privately owned corporations. He has sold pre, and post-crash fashion branded residential projects in the U.S. and overseas including Armani, Aman Resorts, and Intrawest.

In the commercial sector, he is experienced in capital market and leasing transactions, having managed the occupancy and leases for 13 million sq. ft. of institutional and privately-owned office, retail, and industrial real estate classes for Brasswater and Colliers International. He created strategies and executed transactions building value for high quality, as well as challenged properties. He has also served as a tenant representative in many commercial transactions.

Gil has created a unique brokerage training program for new and elite real estate brokers and teams, which he customizes for project launch strategies. He has served on numerous real estate conference panels and is known and respected in the markets he serves.
